Having counselling for the first time can be a daunting experience. Unfamiliar surroundings can create apprehension for all of us and taking that first step can sometimes be our biggest step.
Initial consultation is an opportunity for us to meet and to discuss what you would like to achieve from counselling. It also allows you to become familiar with these new surroundings, that you feel comfortable and the best way we can work together to achieve your goals.

If you are unable to attend the session then at least 24 hours notice is required. If cancellation is within 24 hours then the fee for the session will need to be applied.
Subject to availability, I will offer an alternative time in the same week.
